The CEC strives to enhance the capabilities and skills of human resources inside and outside the university. This includes faculty members, teaching assistants, students, graduates, and scientific research teams, as well as academics and administrative staff. Aside from being a source of development for the public and private sectors as well as governmental organizations, CEC offers training services, professional scientific consultations, and practical solutions to all demographic groups and segments across all sectors, in alignment with AL Quds University’s mission and vision as an accredited national academic educational institution. The Center seeks to provide educational bodies, students, and graduates with distinguished and competitive training programs and courses. Besides developing and adopting monitoring plans, the CEC also strives to meet the training needs of individuals inside and outside the university and to ensure continuous improvement of human resources performance.
